COL Achieves Second Consecutive Certification for ISO/IEC 20000:2005 and ISO/IEC 27001:2005

The ISO/IEC 20000:2005 and ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certification requires stringent and systematic process approach for information service management as well as IT security and risk management to meet the organisation’s needs. ISO/IEC 27001:2005 is an internationally recognised standard for information security management systems that identifies, manages and minimises the range of information security threats, while ISO/IEC 20000:2005 is the first internationally recognised standard for IT service management, which describes an integrated set of management processes for the effective delivery of services to the business and its customers.
