Wharf T&T attained LOOP Gold Label for 3 consecutive years
Kwun Tong headquarters and KITEC office far exceeded low carbon emission target

Hong Kong - January 24, 2013 - Wharf T&T Limited, the leading information and communications technology (ICT) services provider in Hong Kong, was awarded the Gold Label of the WWF-Hong Kong Low-carbon Office Operation Programme (LOOP) Labelling Scheme for 3 years in a row. Wharf T&T’s Kwun Tong headquarters and the new office in KITEC far exceeded the low carbon emission target by actively taking effective and practical measures to conserve resources and minimise wastage.

Wharf T&T is the first ICT service provider in Hong Kong to receive the Gold Label for the third consecutive year. Wharf T&T strives to uphold environmental protection and will continue to make remarkable efforts in sustaining and nurturing a greener environment.

LOOP is established to address climate change and it is the first programme in Hong Kong which helps commercial sector companies measure office carbon footprints and reduce the carbon emissions from daily operations.
